How To Apply For Equipment
Comrie’s provides equipment to kids from low income families. Therefore, families must provide adequate documentation. Equipment available is based on items that we currently have in stock. Please call ahead to book an appointment and to check the availability of appropriate gear. Walk in requests for equipment will not be fulfilled. To access the Comrie's Sports Bank follow the steps below.

AB Government Income Assistance Program
Calgary Fee Assistance Program
AB Government After School Care Subsidy
Flames Even Strength Program
Airdrie Participant Support Program
Please fill out the Parent/Guardian Application for Equipment Form and then submit it to email@example.com with current (not expired) documentation. Once you submit your documentation, Comrie’s Sports Bank will contact you to book an appointment. *Documentation must be approved before an appointment will be made.

We suggest that you apply for KidSport using the fillable application form below and noting your equipment needs. Once you’ve received an approval letter from KidSport please fill out the Parent/Guardian Application for Equipment Form and submit by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, by fax at 403-569-1147, or by mail at 3557 52nd Street SE Calgary, AB T2B 3R3.
If your organization serves low income families or children and you would like to gain access to Comrie’s Sports Bank for the children in your program, please contact Ben Sherven at email@example.com with the completed Agency Referral form.

If your registered Canadian charity serves low income families or children and you would like to gain access to Comrie’s Sports Bank for the children in your program, please fill out the Group Application for Equipment Form and submit it to Jeff Shepherd at firstname.lastname@example.org.
